Besedické skály

The Besedické skály are possibly the most intricate, colourful and interesting of all the Český ráj rock cities. The variety of shapes and forms of the rocks and towers, the tunnels, crevasses, perched boulders and crevasses, is unique.
The geology of the area is also fascinating, and there is a well organized trail with dual language information boards along the route. Look out, in particular for many different ‘honeycomb’ forms of weathering of the sandstone.
